The primary investment options include The Peak, A Frame and Barr Camp and will be directly towards the real estate acquisition thus making this a great investment opportunity as the Manitou Springs market continues to accelerate. The real estate acquisition is our top priority.
Once we acquire our property, we will potentially be seeking an investor towards Tava Hospitality LLC to help us kickstart the business operations for Tava Lodge.
