    Morgan Weinberg

    General Manager

    Morgan comes to Tava with a MS in Tourism and Commercial Recreation from the University of Florida and a background in program operations. She spent two years as an event director creating and directing trail running and mountain biking races in Colorado driving her passion for creating opportunities for athletes of all levels to visit and train in the Pikes Peak region. She previously worked for USA Swimming managing events and programs and currently works in government contracting as a quality manager.

    Melissa Stapanowich

    Operations Manager

    Melissa was born and raised in Colorado Springs and completed her BS in Marketing and MBA in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is the founder of Life Strides Foundation, a nonprofit that supports youth placed in juvenile facilities through sports reform. She is passionate about this community and creating connections through access to the outdoors.

    Curt Mulick

    Property Manager

    Curt is an avid cyclist who started his career as a rock star (search Stellar Young on Spotify!) and graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. His experience working with teams to solve problems will be essential to the success of Tava. Additionally, Curt is pursuing his massage therapist license and will be able to provide recovery services at Tava.

    Brandon Stapanowich

    Community Manager

    Brandon is an accomplished trail runner who has spent over a decade in Colorado and found his home in Manitou Springs. He enjoys sharing what the Pikes Peak region has to offer to both locals and visitors. He founded the local chapter of Achilles Pikes Peak that offers guides to athletes with disabilities. His connection with the local community will help to create an inclusive environment for athletes of all levels.
